18 Roses of Vincent's Immersion

1. Be Time - concious
Time is important. Never waste your time. Learn to manage everything for better and useful outcome
2. Be Courteous
Everyone deserve to be respected. A simple greeting draws a smile to the face of everyone. Let the smile remains forever.
3. Organize yourself
A good employee attracts positive and best gifts. Be presentable to everyone's eyes for this will give you strenght and confidence.
4. Maintain your Composure
Be calm; never let your neeves drag you down. Being nervous is natural, you just need to control oneself.
5. Be considerate
Consider everyone's feelings and opinions; do not judge them directly. Do not be fool with their apperance; they may look simple but they maybe your boss.
6. Neutral
Treat everyone fairly and equally. There should be no favorotism nor an act of superiority and inferiority.
7. Be an investigator
Discover new things. Never hesitate to ask questions. A good investigators will always ask questions as long as they have.
8. Be wise
Simple and alternative process could be beneficial to you. Do not limit yourself in the four corners of the classroom. Find new and easy way to solve a problem
9. Immersion is your stepping stone
To be part of the 1st batch of the pioneering graduates. To have this experienced is an advantage. I have discovered the things I will be encountering in the future work.
10. Love your work
Once you have the choice. Stand on it and never be afraid to show that you can do and accomplish that thing. Love your passion;
11. I learned to solve mathematical problems applicable in my working place. Examples were canals, excavation and backfill, foundation, roofing and area of the lot.
12. I learned to estimate the materials to be used in making the building. We computed the number of cements , gravel, CHB, steel and lumber to be used.
13. I learned to measure and do conversion of units applicable in the working place. We measured the area of some of the buildings constructed in the place like the lobby and  hall.
14. I differentiate some types of bridges as well as its parts.
15. I learned to do and draw scaling of area. We had an activity regarding the lesson.
16. I learned some of the equipments and materials used in building structures. We had a brief discussion about it.
17. I  identify works regarding laws of motion, torque which apllicable in the working place.
18. Last but not the least is to be HARDWORKING.  I learned that in order to succeed and achieved what you wanted to be, you need to show your interest and courage to face all the challenges.
